STEPS TO PERSONAL EXCELLENCE
Have you ever wondered how to raise your self-esteem and maintain it?
Have you experienced ridicule or being put down in the past, which affects how you perceive yourself?

If you answered yes to any of these questions or would like to adopt a positive mindset and transform your life, then enrol in The Pacific Institute® STEPS® course, with ADHD JERSEY.

The STEPS® program is designed to help you unlock your potential by prompting you to take a fresh perspective on your life. It assists you in recognizing your true capabilities and provides tools to help you turn your aspirations into reality. It enables you to realize that life is brimming with opportunities and demonstrates how you can pursue these opportunities with confidence.

When it comes to employability, STEPS® empowers you to take greater control of your work circumstances and adopt a solution-oriented approach. It also establishes a shared vision language for achieving success, expanding the range of possibilities for enhancing your quality of life, both in the workplace and beyond.

All we ask is that you attend each session and actively participate in the entire course. STEPS® is constructed around the fundamental concepts of The Pacific Institute's® knowledge base. It is delivered by a licensed qualified facilitator who assists participants in co-creating their learning through a wide variety of activities.

Following their participation in the program, individuals exhibit increased expectations of success and higher self-efficacy. Our steps clients experience higher levels of motivation, improved self-belief, enhanced goal-setting abilities, heightened personal accountability, and a better understanding of how their minds function.

Evaluation data completed by participants reveals a 93% recommendation rate for the program.
